Information the app stores

The app stores inventory records that you create, such as room names, item names, condition, model, serial number, purchase details, warranty dates, notes, and attachment references.

Accounts and access

This MVP does not require an account. Private inventory routes are scoped with an app installation token so records from one installation are not returned to another installation.

If you request deletion through the app store support channel, records associated with the provided installation token can be deleted from the service.

Photos and attachments

Photos selected in the app are referenced from the device URI. Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to add item, receipt, or warranty images. This server does not sell photos, receipts, or inventory details to third parties.

How the data is used

Inventory data is used to provide app features, sync records for the current installation, maintain service reliability, and support troubleshooting when requested.

Sharing and sale of data

Home Inventory Lite does not sell personal information, inventory records, photos, receipts, or warranty details. Data is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Records are retained while the installation uses the service, or until a deletion request is received and processed.

Children

Home Inventory Lite is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
